Our attempt to document Florida Homesteading @ Liberty Retreat. Our cash only homesteading of 10 unimproved acres in the Florida panhandle into a home first, then build smaller cottages for long term/short term rentals. Camping sites too, which are available now. Up to today...

We have a 8x14' shed, for temp storage and is a temp living area.
A trailer that is the temp living area for Sonny and Dea.
A cleared acre (approx) for the house, trailer, shed and septic approxately 300 feet off the main road.
Cleared circular drive.
Temporary electrical service. Yay!
City water service. Actually pretty good.
Clearing started for 24x36 pole barn.
