Supervisor Dea looks past the progress of yesterday towards Bldg 2. No time for looking back we have to push forward while the weather allows.
Ken and I finished work in Destin early today so we got to join the fun starting around 11a today. We found Brian hauling lumber from the stacks to the floor frame of Bldg 2. Before long everyone was swinging hammers or sawing something
Ken will be hitting his computer tonight calculating our next lumber order as it is time to place another lumber order because our stack has dwindled down to nil. Amazing how much lumber you can put to good use with a hard days work.
My next problem is finding a good source for the hurricane strapping required in these parts; no one seems to keep enough on hand. Well, at least not the big name brand home improvement/hardware stores. Suppose I'll have to look a little further.
