Our cash only homesteading of 10 unimproved acres in the Florida panhandle into a home first, then build smaller cottages for long term/short term rentals. Camping sites too, which are available now. A new settee...

We picked this up for fifty dollars last week, of course it will get a new cover and new finish...it's pretty or will be.

We picked this up for a couple hundred today... very pretty and goes well with the our other pieces. Nice creamy color in great shape. Looks lovely with the sofa. But will be putting it at the end of the guest bed. (away from kitties) :)
